Getting There

  • Train

    Start at the Rossio Train Station in Lisbon. Purchase a ticket for the Sintra line. Board the train heading to Sintra. The train ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sintra train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside the station. Take the Scotturb bus number 403 towards 'Cabo da Roca'. The bus will take you directly to Cabo da Roca, which is approximately a 20-minute ride.

  • Bus

    From the center of Lisbon, take the bus number 725 from Praça de Espanha to the Colares bus terminal. Once you arrive at Colares, you can either walk approximately 30 minutes to Cabo da Roca, or take a taxi from the terminal for a shorter ride.

  • Walking

    If you are already in Colares, you can walk to Cabo da Roca. From the center of Colares, head west on Rua da Praia until you reach Estrada do Cabo da Roca. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers, following the signs for Cabo da Roca. The walk will take approximately 40-50 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.
