Getting There

• Train

  From central Lisbon, head to the Rossio Station (Estação do Rossio). Take the train towards Sintra. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Sintra Station, exit the station and turn left onto Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Continue straight until you reach the first roundabout, then take the second exit onto Rua do Casal de São Domingos. Follow this road until it turns into Azinhaga Sardinha. The Museu Anjos Teixeira will be on your left.

• Bus

  From Praça da Figueira, take the Scotturb bus line 435 towards Sintra. The bus ride is approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the Sintra (Estação) stop. From there, turn right onto Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Continue straight until you reach the first roundabout and take the second exit onto Rua do Casal de São Domingos. Follow this road until it turns into Azinhaga Sardinha. The museum will be on your left.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi or use a rideshare service. Simply input 'Museu Anjos Teixeira, Azinhaga Sardinha, Sintra' into the app. The journey from central Lisbon to the museum will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.

• Walking

  If you are already in Sintra and prefer to walk, start from the Sintra train station. Exit the station and head left onto Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Continue straight, passing several shops and cafes. At the first roundabout, take the second exit onto Rua do Casal de São Domingos. Follow this road as it turns into Azinhaga Sardinha. The Museu Anjos Teixeira will be on your left after a short walk.
