Metro

If you are near a metro station, head to the nearest station and take the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the Cais do Sodré station. From there, transfer to tram 15E or bus 728, which will take you directly to Praça Afonso de Albuquerque, where the Palácio Nacional de Belém is located. The tram/bus stops right outside the palace.

Bus

If you prefer to take the bus, find a nearby bus stop and take either the bus number 727 or 728. Both routes will take you to the Praça Afonso de Albuquerque. Make sure to check the bus schedules as they can vary throughout the day. Once you arrive at the square, you will see the Palácio Nacional de Belém.

Tram

Another scenic option is to take tram 15E from the city center. Board the tram at a stop near you (such as Praça da Figueira or Cais do Sodré) and enjoy the ride along the waterfront. Alight at the stop 'Belém - Mosteiro dos Jerónimos.' From there, it is a short 5-minute walk to the Palácio Nacional de Belém. Just follow the signs towards the palace.
