Metro
To reach Praça Dom Luís I using the Lisbon Metro, take the Blue Line (Linha Azul) towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at the Cais do Sodré station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Rua do Arsenal and walk towards the river. Continue along the waterfront until you reach Praça Dom Luís I, which is located right next to the River Tagus.
Tram
You can also take Tram 15E from Praça da Figueira or Praça do Comércio. Board the tram going towards Algés. Get off at the stop 'Cais do Sodré.' From there, walk towards Rua do Arsenal and follow it to the waterfront. Keep walking along the river until you reach Praça Dom Luís I.
