From Lisbon, head to the Cais do Sodré train station. You can reach this station via the metro by taking the Green Line (Linha Verde) to Cais do Sodré. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Paço de Arcos. Trains to Paço de Arcos run frequently, approximately every 20-30 minutes. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Paço de Arcos station, exit the station and walk towards the coast.

After disembarking at Paço de Arcos train station, take the exit towards Avenida da Liberdade. Walk straight down Avenida da Liberdade until you reach the coast. This walk is approximately 10 minutes (about 800 meters). As you approach the coast, you will see the beach area of Praia de Paço de Arcos ahead.

Alternatively, from central Lisbon, you can take the bus number 728 from Praça do Comércio towards Caxias. Get off at the stop called 'Paço de Arcos'. The bus ride takes about 35 minutes.
