Train
To get to Praia Tróia Mar from central Lisbon, head to the Lisbon train station called 'Roma - Areeiro'. You can take the Metro to 'Roma' station (Red Line) and then walk to the train station. Purchase a ticket for the train to Setúbal. The train journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Setúbal, exit the train station and look for the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Tróia, which is a short ride of about 15 minutes. Upon arrival at Tróia, walk straight towards Praia Tróia Mar, which is a well-signposted beach area.
Ferry
If you are near the Cais do Sodré area, walk to the Cais do Sodré ferry terminal. From there, take a ferry to Tróia, which will take around 30 minutes. After disembarking at Tróia, follow the signs to Praia Tróia Mar, which is a short walk away.
Bus
From the city center, you can take a bus from the Sete Rios bus station to Setúbal. To get to Sete Rios, use the Metro (Blue Line) to 'Jardim Zoológico' and follow the signs to the bus terminal. The bus ride to Setúbal takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Upon arriving in Setúbal, follow the directions to the ferry terminal and take the ferry to Tróia. After arriving at Tróia, walk towards the beach area of Praia Tróia Mar.
