    Train

    From Lisbon, head to the Rossio Train Station (Estação de Rossio) located in the city center. You can take the Metro (Green Line) to the Rossio station. Once at the station, purchase a ticket to Sintra, which is about a 40-minute ride. Trains to Sintra depart frequently. Once you arrive at Sintra station, exit the station and walk straight ahead until you reach the main road. From there, you can either take a taxi or follow the pedestrian signs to Quinta da Regaleira, which is approximately a 20-minute walk uphill. Follow the signs to the historic center and then to R. Barbosa du Bocage.

    Bus

    From Lisbon, you can also take a bus to Sintra. Go to the Sete Rios Bus Terminal (Terminal Rodoviário de Sete Rios). You can reach Sete Rios by taking the Metro (Blue Line) to Jardim Zoológico or by taxi. At Sete Rios, purchase a ticket for a bus to Sintra. The bus ride takes about 40-50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sintra bus station, exit and walk towards the main road, following signs to the historic center. You can either walk or take a taxi to Quinta da Regaleira, which is about 1 km away and takes around 15 minutes on foot.

    Walking

    If you are already in Sintra and want to walk to Quinta da Regaleira, start from the Sintra train or bus station. Head towards the main avenue (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda) and continue straight until you reach the historic center of Sintra. Once you reach the main square, follow the signs pointing towards Quinta da Regaleira. The walk will take approximately 20 minutes. The path is uphill, so wear comfortable shoes.
