Car
If you're driving from Funchal city center, head north on Avenida do Mar e das Comunidades Madeirenses. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at Praça do Povo. Take the second exit onto Rua Dr. José de Figueiredo. Follow this road until you reach another roundabout, where you will take the first exit onto Rua da Casa Branca. Continue along this road until it becomes Estrada Comandante Camacho de Freitas. Safari Madeira will be on your right at number 570. There is parking available in the vicinity.

Public Transportation
To reach Safari Madeira using public transport, take the bus number 36 from Funchal city center, which departs from the main bus station (Terminal Rodoviário do Funchal). The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Get off at the 'São Roque' stop. From there, walk southeast along Estrada Comandante Camacho de Freitas for approximately 5 minutes. Safari Madeira will be on your left at number 570.
