If you are starting from the historic city center of Guimarães, head towards the Praça de Santiago. From the square, walk towards the Rua de São Paulo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua de Santa Maria. Turn left onto Rua de Santa Maria and follow it until you reach the bus station, Estação de Autocarros. From there, you can catch a bus to Vila Nova de Gaia. Make sure to get a ticket before boarding.

Take the bus from the Guimarães bus station towards Porto. You will want to look for buses that list Vila Nova de Gaia as a stop. The journey will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Vila Nova de Gaia bus terminal, exit the terminal and head towards the main road, Avenida de República. Walk straight along Avenida de República until you reach Rua do Choupelo. Turn left on Rua do Choupelo and continue walking until you reach number 39, Planet Cork.
