Walking
From the center of Ponte de Lima, head north on Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra, which will become Rua de São João. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the next roundabout. Take the first exit onto N201 towards Cabana Maior. After about 2.5 kilometers, you will see signs for Baloiço do Mezio. The attraction is located a short distance from the road.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle in Ponte de Lima and start your journey from the town square. Cycle north along the riverside path on the left bank of the Lima River. Continue until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge and follow the signs for N201 towards Cabana Maior. You will cycle for approximately 4 kilometers. Baloiço do Mezio will be on your left side as you approach Cabana Maior.
Public Transport
From the Ponte de Lima bus station, take the bus heading towards Cabana Maior. The bus ride takes around 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Cabana Maior, disembark at the nearest stop. From there, walk north along the main road (N201) for about 500 meters. You will see Baloiço do Mezio on your right. Ensure to check the bus schedule in advance.
