Follow this road for about 300 meters until you reach a T-junction. Turn right onto Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the bus station in Ponte de Lima. From there, catch a bus to Guimarães (approximately a 1-hour ride). Once in Guimarães, exit the bus station and walk straight for about 10 minutes towards Largo do Toural, which is a well-known square in the city.
