Once you arrive in Monção, look for Praça Deu-La-Deu, which is a central square. The Museu do Alvarinho is located at number 9 on this square.

From Ponte de Lima, walk to the bus station located near the town center (Estação de Autocarros de Ponte de Lima). Purchase a ticket for Monção. Buses run several times a day, so check the timetable posted at the station. Once you arrive in Monção, exit the bus station and head towards Praça Deu-La-Deu. The Museu do Alvarinho is located at number 9 on this square, just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Ponte de Lima. Start your ride from the town center, taking the same route as if you were walking. Follow Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra, then take a right at the roundabout onto Rua da Estrada Nacional 202. It's about a 7 km ride to Monção, and you'll be cycling through beautiful scenery. Upon reaching Monção, look for Praça Deu-La-Deu and head towards number 9 for the Museu do Alvarinho.
