From the center of Ponte de Lima, head north on Rua do Comércio towards Praça da República. Continue straight until you reach the bridge, Ponte de Lima. Cross the bridge and follow the signs for Giela, which will lead you onto N201. After crossing the bridge, keep left to stay on N201. Walk about 3.5 km, passing through beautiful countryside. Once you reach the sign for Giela, turn right onto the road towards Giela. Continue walking for approximately 1 km until you reach Paço de Giela, which will be on your right.
