Walking
If you are at the center of Ponte de Lima, start by heading north on Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Alegria. Turn right onto Rua da Alegria and follow it until you reach the EM530 road. Turn left onto EM530 and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Poço Negro will be on your left side, marked by signage.
Public Transport
From the Ponte de Lima bus station, take the bus heading towards Arcos de Valdevez. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop near Poço Negro, as it is a well-known landmark. Once you get off the bus, walk back a short distance towards the EM530 road, and Poço Negro will be on your right side within a few minutes' walk.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle in Ponte de Lima, start at the main square, Praça da República. Cycle north along the riverside path towards the EM530 road. Once you reach the EM530, turn left and continue cycling for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Poço Negro will be on your left side. There are bike racks available for parking.
