From the center of Ponte de Lima, start at the Praça da República, the main square. Head southwest on Rua de São João towards the river. Continue straight until you reach the riverfront. Once you arrive at the River Lima, turn left and walk along the riverbank, enjoying the views of the old town and the surrounding nature. Keep walking until you reach the Ponte de Lima bridge. Cross the bridge, and as you reach the other side, look for signs directing you towards Ponte Pedestre, which is located at Pte. Pedonal Sobre o Rio Vez in Giela.

If you are near the Igreja Matriz de Ponte de Lima, exit the church and head towards the main road, Avenida dos Combatentes. Turn right and follow the road until you see signs for the river. Once you get to the riverbank, follow the path that runs along the river, making sure to keep the water to your left. This path will lead you towards the bridge. After crossing the Ponte de Lima, look for the signs that will guide you to Ponte Pedestre, located in Giela, right over the River Vez.

From the Museu dos Terceiros, exit the museum and turn left onto Rua dos Canais. Walk straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn right onto Rua de São João. Continue walking until you reach the riverfront. When you arrive at the River Lima, turn left and proceed to the Ponte de Lima bridge. Cross the bridge, and after you cross, follow the directional signs to Ponte Pedestre, located at Pte. Pedonal Sobre o Rio Vez.
