If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the center of Ribatejo. Head towards the A1 highway and take the exit towards A10, Carregado. The bridge is located directly off the A10. Follow the signs for Carregado and continue on the A10 for approximately 15 kilometers. You will see the Lezíria Bridge on your right as you approach the Carregado area. Parking is available nearby, but please be aware of any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a train from Lisbon to the Carregado station. Trains frequently run from Lisbon's Santa Apolónia or Oriente stations. Upon arrival at Carregado station, you can either walk to the bridge, which is about a 25-minute walk (approximately 2 kilometers), or take a local bus that goes towards A10. Make sure to check the local bus schedule for timings and routes. The bus fare is generally around €1.50.
