Car
If you are driving, navigate to Largo dos Pioneiros da Aviação, s/n, 2615-174 Alverca do Ribatejo. From Lisbon, take the A1 motorway towards Porto and exit at Alverca. Follow signs for Alverca and then for the Museu do Ar. Parking is available near the museum.
Train
For those using public transportation, take a train from Lisbon's Santa Apolónia or Oriente stations towards the Alverca station. The journey takes approximately 25-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Alverca station, exit and walk approximately 1.5 km towards Largo dos Pioneiros da Aviação, which should take around 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the station to the museum.
Bus
Several bus lines connect Lisbon to Alverca. Look for buses heading to Alverca do Ribatejo from the Campo Grande bus terminal. The journey may take around 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. After arriving in Alverca, it is a short walk to Largo dos Pioneiros da Aviação where the museum is located.
