Car

From Constância, take the N118 road heading east for approximately 10 kilometers until you see the signs for Pego da Rainha. Follow the local signs which will lead you to the parking area near the PR8 Pego da Rainha trailhead. Parking is free, but be mindful of any parking regulations.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Lisbon to Abrantes, which takes about 1.5 hours. Once in Abrantes, transfer to a local bus heading towards Constância. After arriving in Constância, you can either take a taxi or walk approximately 4 kilometers to reach Pego da Rainha. The walk is scenic and will take about 45 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance for the best timings.
Walking
If you're already in the vicinity of Pego da Rainha, walking is a great option. From Constância, follow the riverside path along the Tagus River, which leads directly towards the waterfall area.
