Follow the signs for Tomar, and as you enter the town, look for signs directing you to Praça da República. The City Hall is located at Praça da República 18, which is easily accessible. There is street parking available nearby, but be sure to check for parking regulations.

To reach Tomar City Hall by public transportation, take a train to Tomar station. The station is serviced by trains from Lisbon and other major cities. Upon arrival at Tomar station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside. Take bus line 4 or 5 that goes towards Praça da República. After approximately 10-15 minutes, you will arrive at Praça da República. The City Hall will be directly in front of you at number 18.
