If you are driving, head to the N247 road from the center of Sintra. Follow the signs for Monserrate Palace. Continue on N247 for about 3 km. Turn right onto R. Visc. de Monserrate, and you will find Parques de Sintra-Monte da Lua (PSML) on your left. There is parking available nearby, but note that there may be a parking fee.
