If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Serra do Marão. Take the N-103 road towards Amarante. Follow the N-103 for approximately 15 km until you reach the town of Amarante. Once in Amarante, follow the signs to Largo do Arquinho. You will need to navigate the local streets, and the landmark will be easily recognizable as you approach. There is parking available nearby, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from Serra do Marão to Amarante. Check the local bus schedules for accurate times, as they may vary. Once you arrive at the Amarante bus station, you can walk to Largo do Arquinho, which is about a 15-minute walk. Exit the bus station, head east on Rua do Cais, then turn left onto Rua 15 de Outubro. Continue straight until you reach Largo do Arquinho. This area is pedestrian-friendly, and you will enjoy the sights along the way.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Largo do Arquinho, and prefer to walk, simply make your way to Rua do Cais and follow the directions as described above. The area is scenic and offers a pleasant walking experience. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes, as some paths may be uneven.
