Public Bus
From Setúbal city center, head to the main bus station, Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal. Catch the bus number 553 towards 'Lisboa - Cais do Sodré'. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Cais do Sodré' stop. From there, take the train from 'Cais do Sodré' station to 'Belém' station. The train ride is approximately 10 minutes. After arriving at 'Belém', walk towards the river, and you will see the Belém Tower located on the waterfront.
Train
Make your way to Setúbal Train Station, which is centrally located. Take a train heading to Lisboa (Lisbon). The journey will take around 40 minutes. Upon arriving at 'Lisboa - Entrecampos', transfer to the 'Lisboa - Belém' train. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Belém' station. Exit the station and walk towards the river; the Belém Tower will be just a short stroll along the waterfront.

Walking (if nearby)
If you find yourself in the vicinity of the waterfront area in Setúbal, you can walk along the river promenade until you reach the ferry terminal. From there, take a ferry to Lisbon's Cais do Sodré. Once you arrive, you can catch a bus or train to Belém. Be sure to check the ferry schedules as they may vary!
