Getting There

Walking
From Cascais train station, head south towards the main road (Avenida 25 de Abril). Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida de Sintra. Turn left onto Avenida de Sintra and walk for about 10 minutes. You will reach the Cascais Marina; continue along the waterfront promenade. After a pleasant walk along the coast, you will arrive at the roundabout. Take the exit towards Av. Brasília and follow the road for about 15 minutes until you see Bom Sucesso Fortress on your left.

Bus
From Cascais train station, walk to the bus stop located outside the station. Take bus number 403 towards 'Lisbon' and stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Cascais - Av. de Sintra' stop. From there, walk towards the coast and follow Avenida Brasília for about 10 minutes. Bom Sucesso Fortress will be on your left as you approach the waterfront.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Cascais. Start at Cascais train station and cycle south along the coast on the bike path. Follow the path past the marina, enjoying the sea views. Continue cycling until you reach the roundabout, then take the exit towards Av. Brasília. Continue on Av. Brasília for about 10 minutes and you will find Bom Sucesso Fortress on your left.
