If you are in Setúbal, head to the Setúbal train station (Estação de Setúbal). From there, take a train to Lisbon. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lisbon train station (Cais do Sodré), exit the station and head towards the metro station (Cais do Sodré metro station). Take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras and get off at the Rossio station. From Rossio, exit the station and walk towards Praça da Figueira. Continue walking straight until you reach Largo do Carmo. The Carmo Archaeological Museum is located in the square.
