Walking
If you are in the center of Setúbal, start at Praça do Brasil, which is a central square. From there, head south on Rua do Comércio until you reach the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront promenade, Avenida Luísa Todi, for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several cafes and shops along the way. When you reach the end of the promenade, turn right onto Rua da Liberdade, and continue until you see the bus station ahead. This is where you can catch a bus to Cascais.
Bus
At the Setúbal bus station, look for the bus to Cascais. The bus line you want is the one that goes directly to Cascais, which usually takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Cascais, you can get off at the main bus station, which is centrally located. From the bus station, you can head towards the marina by walking south on Avenida 25 de Abril for about 10 minutes until you reach Cascais Marina, located at Casa de São Bernardo.
Train
Alternatively, you can take a train from Setúbal to Cascais. Head to the Setúbal train station and look for a train heading towards Lisbon. Get off at the Cais do Sodré train station in Lisbon. From there, transfer to the Cascais Line train which will take you directly to Cascais. Once you arrive in Cascais, follow the signs to the marina, which is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Just head south on Avenida 25 de Abril until you reach Cascais Marina at Casa de São Bernardo.
