Bus
From Setúbal city center, walk to the bus station at Praça do Brasil. Take bus number 234 towards Lisbon. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the 'Belém' stop. From there, walk for about 10 minutes towards the riverfront, following the signs to 'Centro Cultural de Belém'. It will be located at Praça do Império.
Train
Head to Setúbal's train station located on Avenida 5 de Outubro. Take the train to Lisbon (Cais do Sodré station). The journey takes around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, transfer to the tram number 15E towards 'Praça da Figueira'. Get off at 'Belém' stop, which is about a 5-minute walk from Centro Cultural de Belém at Praça do Império.
Walking
If you are near the waterfront in Setúbal, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Head towards the marina and follow the coast along the river. It will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes to walk to Centro Cultural de Belém. Look for signs directing you towards Lisbon and Belém, keeping the river on your left.
Taxi/ride-sharing
You can book a taxi or use a ride-sharing service like Uber from anywhere in Setúbal. Just input 'Centro Cultural de Belém' or 'Praça do Império' as your destination. The drive will take about 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
