Getting There

Walking
If you are in the center of Setúbal, head towards the Setúbal train station (Estação Ferroviária de Setúbal). From the station, exit facing the main road (Avenida Luísa Todi). Turn left and walk along Avenida Luísa Todi for about 15 minutes until you reach the waterfront. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the Praça do Comércio, then head towards the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Lisbon (Cacilhas) which usually takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Lisbon, exit the ferry terminal and walk towards the metro station (Cais do Sodré). Take the Green Line towards Telheiras and alight at the Rossio station. From Rossio, walk to Praça dos Restauradores and then take the Avenida da Liberdade until you reach the Parque Eduardo VII. Continue walking until you reach the Praça Duque da Terceira, where the Duke of Terceira is located.

From Setúbal city center, walk to the Setúbal bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). Look for the buses heading to Lisbon (Lisboa). Purchase a ticket to Lisbon and board the bus. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Lisbon (Campo de Ourique), exit and walk towards the nearest metro station (Rato). Take the Yellow Line towards Odivelas and alight at the Marquês de Pombal station. Transfer to the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia and alight at the Avenida station. From Avenida station, walk towards the Praça Duque da Terceira, which is just a few minutes away.

Begin your journey at the Setúbal train station (Estação Ferroviária de Setúbal). Take a train heading to Lisbon (Lisboa). The journey will take about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Lisbon train station (Entrecampos or Oriente depending on the service), exit the station and find the nearest metro station. If you arrive at Entrecampos, take the Yellow Line towards Rato and alight at the Marquês de Pombal station. From there, transfer to the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia and get off at the Avenida station. Walk towards the Praça Duque da Terceira where the Duke of Terceira is located.
