Bus
From Setúbal, head to the Setúbal Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). You can take the bus line 553 towards Lisbon. The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you reach the Lisbon Sete Rios Bus Station, exit the bus and walk towards the metro station. Take the blue line (Linha Azul) towards Reboleira and get off at the Avenida station. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Av. da Liberdade 9, where Lisbon Riders is located.
Train
Make your way to Setúbal Train Station (Estação Ferroviária de Setúbal). Board a train heading to Lisbon (Cascais or Lisbon direction). The journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Lisbon's Praça do Comércio station, exit and walk towards the Cais do Sodré metro station. Take the green line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras and transfer at Baixa-Chiado to the blue line (Linha Azul) towards Reboleira. Get off at Avenida station. From there, walk for about 5 minutes to Av. da Liberdade 9, where Lisbon Riders is located.
Walking
If you are already in a central area of Setúbal and feel adventurous, you can explore the town on foot. Head towards the Setúbal Marina and follow the waterfront promenade. This scenic route will lead you through the picturesque streets of Setúbal. After about 30 minutes, you will reach the Setúbal Bus Station, where you can catch a bus to Lisbon as described above.
