Train
From Setúbal, head to Setúbal Train Station (Estação de Setúbal). You can walk there from the city center in about 15 minutes or take a local bus. Once at the station, take a train to Lisbon (Lisboa) - the journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Lisbon's Praça do Comércio station, exit the station and walk towards the river. From there, head north along Rua da Conceição until you reach Largo de São Julião, where the Money Museum is located.
Bus
From Setúbal, go to the Setúbal Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). You can take any bus that goes to Lisbon. The bus journey typically takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive at Lisbon's Bus Terminal (Terminal de Sete Rios), exit the terminal and take the metro from Jardim Zoológico station. Board the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia, and get off at the Baixa-Chiado station. From there, walk towards Largo de São Julião, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Setúbal to Largo de São Julião in Lisbon. This option is more expensive but will take you directly to your destination without the need for transfers. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
Walking
If you are already in Lisbon, you can reach the Money Museum by walking. Start from Praça do Comércio and walk north along Rua da Conceição. Continue straight until you reach Largo de São Julião. The entire walk should take you about 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.
