Walking
If you are in the center of Setúbal, head towards the Setúbal ferry terminal located at Praça do Brasil. From there, take the ferry to Cacilhas, which operates frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive in Cacilhas, exit the ferry terminal and turn left onto Avenida da Marginal. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes along the waterfront until you reach R. do Ginjal. The Museu Naval will be on your right at number 14.
Bus
From Setúbal, walk to the Setúbal bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). Take the bus line 553 heading towards Almada. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Cacilhas'. From the bus stop, walk towards the waterfront and head left along Avenida da Marginal for approximately 10 minutes. You will find the Museu Naval at R. do Ginjal 14, on your right.
Train and Walking
Start by walking to the Setúbal train station (Estação Ferroviária de Setúbal). Board the train towards Lisbon and get off at the Almada station. From there, take a short walk to the Almada bus terminal and catch a bus to Cacilhas. Once you arrive in Cacilhas, follow Avenida da Marginal on foot for about 15 minutes until you reach R. do Ginjal. The Museu Naval will be located at number 14 on your right.
