If you are in the center of Cascais, start at the Cascais train station. Exit the station and head straight towards the main avenue, Av. Dom Carlos I. Walk along the avenue until you reach the beach promenade. Continue walking along the promenade towards the west, enjoying the view of the ocean. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the end of the promenade where you will see a large staircase leading up. Ascend the staircase, and at the top, you will find yourself at Lgo da Boca do Vento, where the Panoramic Elevator of Boca do Vento is located.

Once you board the bus, it will take approximately 25 minutes to reach Almada. Get off at the stop 'Cacilhas'. From there, follow the signs towards the riverfront. Walk a short distance towards Lgo da Boca do Vento, which is about a 10-minute stroll uphill, where you will find the Panoramic Elevator of Boca do Vento.
