From Cascais, head to the Cascais train station, which is located near the center of town. Purchase a ticket to Cais do Sodré in Lisbon, which is the final stop on this line. The train ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, exit the train station and look for the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Cacilhas, which is just across the river from Almada. After disembarking from the ferry at Cacilhas, walk straight ahead for about 5 minutes until you reach the roundabout. Take a left at the roundabout onto Rua do Tejo, then take the first right onto R. da Cerca. Bar A Cerca will be on your left at number 1.
Bus

From the center of Cascais, locate the bus stop for the local buses. You can take the bus number 403 or 411 towards Lisbon and get off at the stop 'Cacilhas'. From the bus stop, walk down towards the river, and you will find the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Cacilhas. After disembarking, walk towards the roundabout, take a left onto Rua do Tejo, and then take the first right onto R. da Cerca. Bar A Cerca is located at number 1, just a short walk from the roundabout.

Once you arrive at Cacilhas, follow the main road towards the roundabout, then turn left onto Rua do Tejo. The first right will lead you to R. da Cerca.
