From Setúbal, head to the Setúbal bus terminal located at Avenida 5 de Outubro. Take bus number 552 towards Oeiras. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at the Paço de Arcos bus stop, disembark and walk towards the coast. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop along Avenida Marginal.

Make your way to the Setúbal train station, located at Praça do Brasil. Take the train towards Lisbon (Cascais line) and get off at the Oeiras station. From Oeiras station, you can take a short 15-minute walk heading towards the coast, following the signs to Praia de Paço de Arcos. Alternatively, you can take a local bus from the station to get closer to the beach.

If you are near the central area of Setúbal, you can walk towards the waterfront and follow the coastal path. Head to Avenida Luísa Todi and continue along the waterfront promenade.
