Walking
From the Setúbal city center, walk towards the Setúbal train station (Estação Ferroviária de Setúbal). Once at the station, take the train to Lisbon (Lisboa) - the journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival at the Lisbon train station (either Praça do Comércio or Cais do Sodré), exit the station and head towards the nearest metro station 'Baixa-Chiado'. Take the metro on the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia and disembark at the 'Chiado' station. From Chiado, walk up Rua Garrett for about 3 minutes, and you will find the Fernando Pessoa sculpture located at R. Garrett 120.
Public Transport
Start at the Setúbal bus terminal (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). Take the Rede Expressos bus heading to Lisbon. The travel time is around 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Lisbon's Sete Rios bus terminal, exit and take the metro from Jardim Zoológico station on the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at 'Baixa-Chiado' and exit onto Rua Garrett. Walk for about 5 minutes along the street until you reach R. Garrett 120, where the Fernando Pessoa sculpture is located.
