Walking
From the Sintra train station, exit and head towards the main road, Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the bus stop. Take the Bus 434 towards Pena Palace. Alight at the stop 'Pena Palace'. From there, enjoy the scenic walk down towards the village of Sintra. As you walk, follow the signs directing you to 'Sintra Centro'. Once you reach the center, continue walking straight until you see the main square, Praça da República. Campo das Cebolas is a bit further down, located on the waterfront along the river, just past the iconic 25 de Abril Bridge.

Bus
From Sintra, take the bus 403 or 417 from the central bus station which is located near the Sintra train station. Both buses will take you to Lisbon. Enjoy the scenic ride as you travel towards Lisbon. Once you arrive at the Lisbon bus terminal, follow the signs towards the metro or tram connections. You can catch the tram 15E or the metro to Cais do Sodré station. From Cais do Sodré, it's a short walk to Campo das Cebolas. Head east along the riverside promenade until you reach the destination.

Start at Sintra train station and board a train heading towards Lisbon (Cascais Line). The journey takes about 40 minutes. Get off at Cais do Sodré station. Once you exit the station, head towards the riverside. Walk along the waterfront, enjoying the views until you arrive at Campo das Cebolas. It's a pleasant walk and easy to follow the path along the river.
