    From Sintra train station, board a train heading towards Cascais. The trains run regularly, approximately every 30 minutes. After about 30 minutes, disembark at Carcavelos station. Once you exit the station, head straight onto Avenida de Portugal and walk towards the coast. Continue walking until you reach the beach, then follow the shoreline heading east. The Carcavelos Surf School is located on Avenida Marginal, right near the beach.

    From Sintra, take the bus number 403 from the Sintra bus terminal. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Get off at the Carcavelos stop, which is close to the beach. After you disembark, walk towards the beach along Avenida Marginal. The Carcavelos Surf School is situated directly along the beachfront.

    If you are in the town center of Sintra, you can enjoy a scenic walk to Carcavelos, which takes around 2 hours. Begin your walk by heading down Rua das Padarias towards Estrada da Adroana.
