From the Sintra train station, exit and head towards the main road (Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda). Take the bus number 403 or 417 towards Lisbon. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the 'Centro Cultural de Belém' bus stop, which is directly across the street from the Centro Cultural de Belém.

From the Sintra city center, walk to the main bus station located at Avenida Dr. Alfredo da Costa. Take bus number 434 towards 'Praia das Maçãs'. After about 20 minutes, transfer at the stop 'Cascais' and catch bus number 728 or 729 towards Lisbon. Get off at 'Centro Cultural de Belém'. The cultural center will be a short walk from the bus stop.

If you are already in Lisbon, you can take a leisurely walk from the nearby Jerónimos Monastery. From the monastery, head south towards the Praça do Império. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see the Centro Cultural de Belém on your left.
