From the Sintra train station, exit and head towards the bus stop located across the street. Take the Scotturb bus line 403 towards Cascais. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Cascais Centro' stop. From there, walk straight on Avenida Dom Carlos I, and after a few minutes, turn right onto Alameda Combatentes da Grande Guerra. The Centro Histórico will be on your left.

From the Sintra train station, board a train heading to Cascais. The train ride takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Cascais station, exit and follow the signs to the town center. Walk down Rua Fernandes Fábrica, which leads you to Avenida Dom Carlos I. Continue straight until you reach Alameda Combatentes da Grande Guerra, where you will find the Centro Histórico.

If you are in the center of Sintra, start at the Sintra National Palace. From there, head down Rua do Paço do Bispo towards the main square. At the square, take Rua da Ferraria which leads to the Sintra train station. From the station, follow the bus instructions above to reach Cascais. Alternatively, enjoy a scenic walk to Cascais, which is about 8 kilometers away and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
