From the center of Sintra, walk to the Sintra bus station located near the Sintra train station. Look for the bus stop for the 403 bus, which goes to Foz do Lizandro. Purchase your ticket from the ticket vending machines or from the driver. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at the Foz do Lizandro stop, and you will be just a short walk from the beach.

If you prefer to walk, start at the Sintra train station and head southwest on Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Continue straight until you reach the main road (N247). Turn left and follow the road until you see signs for Foz do Lizandro. The walk is approximately 5 km and will take about 1 hour, leading you through beautiful landscapes.
