If you are starting from Sintra train station, exit the station and turn left onto the Avenida Doutor Miguel Bombarda. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the main square, Praça da República. From the square, walk towards the historic center, which is just a few minutes ahead. You will see the colorful buildings and shops that make up the heart of the Historic Center.

From Sintra train station, you can also take bus number 434, which will take you directly to the Historic Center. Board the bus at the designated bus stop outside the station. The journey will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop labeled 'Centro Histórico'. After disembarking, you will find yourself in the midst of the Historic Center, where you can explore the shops, cafes, and beautiful architecture.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Sintra to the Historic Center. Simply flag down a taxi or arrange one through your hotel.
