From the Sintra train station, take the Scotturb bus number 441 towards Praia das Maçãs. The bus stop is just outside the train station. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes. You will need to get off at the 'Praia da Poça' stop, which is clearly marked. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk to Poça Beach.
