From the Sintra train station, take the Scotturb bus number 441 towards Praia das Maçãs. The bus stop is just outside the train station. Stay on the bus for about 25 minutes. You will need to get off at the 'Praia da Poça' stop, which is clearly marked. From the bus stop, it’s a short walk to Poça Beach.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Sintra. Just ask the driver to take you to Poça Beach (Praia da Poça). The ride will take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic and will cost approximately €15-€20.

Walking
For those who enjoy walking, you can take a scenic route from the Sintra town center. Head down Rua da Independência until you reach the main road (Avenida Dr. Alfredo da Costa). Turn right and continue walking until you reach the junction with the N247. From there, you can follow signs to Praia da Poça. It is about a 45-minute walk, so be prepared with comfortable shoes and water.
