From Sintra, catch the bus number 403 at the Sintra bus terminal heading towards Oeiras. The bus ride will take about 40 minutes. Get off at the Paço de Arcos stop, which is near the beach. From the bus stop, walk towards the coast and follow the signs to Praia de Paço de Arcos.
