Walking
From the Sintra train station, head towards the main exit. Once outside, turn left and walk down the Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then cross the road and head towards the bus stop area. Look for bus 434, which will take you to the Sintra historic center. Once you arrive at the historic center, walk towards the main square (Praça da República), and from there, follow the signs to the bus stop for Lisbon. Afterward, take the bus to Lisbon (Lisboa) and get off at the Praça Martim Moniz stop.

From Sintra train station, you can take the 434 bus directly to the historic center of Sintra. Once you get off at the last stop, follow the signs to the bus stop for Lisbon. Board the bus heading to Lisbon, and when you arrive in Lisbon, get off at Praça Martim Moniz. From there, the Tram 28 station is just a few steps away. You can find the tram stop directly in front of the square.
