Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are near the Sintra Town Center, head towards the main square, Praça da República. From there, take the road leading to the left of the square, Rua do Município. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua Visc. de Monserrate. Turn right onto Rua Visc. de Monserrate, and you will find the Sintra Welcome Centre at number 40 on your left.

  • Walking

    If you are coming from the Sintra National Palace, exit the palace grounds and head south towards the main road, Rua do Município. Turn left on Rua do Município and follow it until you reach the intersection with Rua Visc. de Monserrate. Turn right onto Rua Visc. de Monserrate, and the Sintra Welcome Centre will be at number 40 on your left.

  • Walking

    From the Sintra train station, exit the station and head towards the main road, Avenida Dr. Miguel Bombarda. Follow this road until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Rua do Municipio and continue straight. When you reach the intersection with Rua Visc. de Monserrate, turn left, and the Sintra Welcome Centre will be at number 40 on your left.

    If you are visiting the Quinta da Regaleira, exit the estate and walk back towards the main road, Rua do Município. Turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with Rua Visc. de Monserrate. Turn right onto Rua Visc. de Monserrate, and you will find the Sintra Welcome Centre at number 40 on your left.
