If you are starting from the center of Tomar, head towards Rua de Serpa Pinto. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenida José Rodrigues. Continue walking straight for about 600 meters, and you will see the signs for Castelo de Tomar. Follow the signs that lead you up to Estr. do Convento. The castle entrance will be on your left after a short ascent.
