Start at Praça da República in Tomar, which is the main square. From the square, head southeast towards Rua de Serpa Pinto. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Avenida Cândido Madureira. Turn left onto Avenida Cândido Madureira and follow it until you reach the bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Tomar). At the bus station, you can take a bus to Alpiarça. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. Once you arrive at Alpiarça, Quinta da Lagoalva de Cima is approximately a 20-minute walk from the bus stop. Exit the bus, and head northeast on Rua da Estação, then turn right onto Rua da Lagoalva. Continue walking straight until you reach your destination.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Tomar. Start at Praça da República and head southeast towards Rua de Serpa Pinto. Continue straight to Avenida Cândido Madureira and follow the road to the bus station. From there, you can take the bus to Alpiarça. Once you arrive, you can cycle to Quinta da Lagoalva de Cima. Exit the bus and head northeast on Rua da Estação, then take a right onto Rua da Lagoalva. Follow this road straight to your destination. Note that the total cycling distance from Alpiarça is about 5 kilometers, so ensure you're comfortable with that distance.
Public Transport
To reach Quinta da Lagoalva de Cima via public transport, start at Praça da República in Tomar. Walk to the bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Tomar), which is about a 10-minute walk. From the bus station, take a bus that heads towards Alpiarça. Upon arrival at Alpiarça, you will need to walk approximately 20 minutes to reach Quinta da Lagoalva de Cima. Exit the bus, walk northeast on Rua da Estação, then turn right onto Rua da Lagoalva and continue until you see the winery.
