If you are starting from the Viana do Castelo city center, walk towards the Praça da República. From there, head northwest on Rua da Bandeira until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenida de Cabo Verde. Continue straight for about 800 meters. Look for signs directing you to Parco Cappaller, which should be on your right. The entrance to the park is easily identifiable.

From the Viana do Castelo bus station, take the local bus route that heads towards the coastal area. You can ask the driver to let you know when to get off for Parco Cappaller. The bus ride should take about 15 minutes. Once you disembark, walk a short distance towards the park entrance, following any signs pointing you in that direction.

Cycling
If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one in the city center. Head northwest from the Praça da República onto Rua da Bandeira. Follow this road until it merges into Avenida de Cabo Verde. Continue cycling straight for approximately 800 meters until you see Parco Cappaller on your right. There are bike racks available near the park entrance.
