Once you arrive in Montalegre, get off at the main bus stop. From the bus stop, head northeast on Avenida da Liberdade for about 200 meters until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Rua de São Sebastião and continue for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see signs for 'Ponte da Misarela'. Follow the signs and walk for another 1.5 kilometers until you arrive at the bridge.
