    Start from the center of Viseu, at Praça da República. Head east on Rua Direita, which will take you straight towards Av. da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach Av. José Relvas. Turn right onto Av. José Relvas and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. Fontelo Park will be on your left side, and you will see the entrance clearly marked.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the main bus station in Viseu (Terminal Rodoviário de Viseu), take a local bus that heads towards the direction of Av. José Relvas. Buses frequently run from the station, so check the latest schedule for the right bus number, typically Bus 3 or 5. Get off at the stop 'Parque do Fontelo'. Once you exit the bus, the entrance to Fontelo Park will be a short walk ahead.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can rent one at any of the local rental shops in Viseu. Start at Praça da República and head towards Av. da Liberdade. Continue straight until you reach Av. José Relvas. Turn right and bike along Av. José Relvas for about 1 kilometer. You will find Fontelo Park on your left side. There are bike racks available at the park entrance.
