From the center of Viseu, walk towards Praça da República. Once at the square, head southeast towards Rua Direita. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. da Europa. Turn left onto Av. da Europa and walk straight until you reach the bus station, Terminal Rodoviário de Viseu. From there, take a bus heading to Tomar. After approximately 1 hour, you will arrive at Tomar. Once at Tomar, head towards Av. Gen. Bernardo Faria, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus station.

If you are already at the Viseu bus terminal, purchase a ticket to Tomar. Board any bus that is heading to Tomar. The journey takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Tomar, exit the bus terminal and walk southeast towards Av. Gen. Bernardo Faria, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the terminal. Follow the main road signs to reach the Museu dos Fósforos.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from your location in Viseu to Tomar. Ask the driver to take you to Av. Gen. Bernardo Faria. The ride will take about 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the location of the Museu dos Fósforos with the driver.
